this is the first post in my blog. i recently received a copy of the hunter family tree that dorothy and keith wooley of newark, england have been working on. it starts with my great-grandparents john hunter and lilias wright. they produced 14 children many of whom survived to ripe old ages and in so doing produced a great many more children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren etc. i am hoping to put together a copy of this list to pass on to family members and hear from them in the process. when i have it complete i will post it here. let's see how it goes.

The Family
Welcome to all in the extended family descended from John Thomson Hunter (1862-1917) and Lilias Orr Wright (1866-1942) of Glasgow, Scotland. I will attempt to publish the family tree constructed by Dorothy Woolley of Newark, England. I have never created anything like this so bear with me as we all learn together. I am hoping to get word of this blog out to as much family as possible. If you are reading it and know of any other family members please let them know about it and encourage them to post comments and information. This can be done by clicking on the word "comments" at the end of each posting. We would also like to compile a list of addresses.
